What is the difference?
These words tell you something about an item’s background. Check the actual condition of each product.
Returned items
A returned item has been sent back by a customer. Perhaps only the box was opened, or there may be signs of use. It varies by item.
Returned does not automatically mean new, unused or refurbished.
Refurbished products
Refurbished means a product has been checked and restored where needed. It does not mean every item has received the same treatment or is in the same condition.
Always check the product information and condition of the individual item.
A box does not tell
the whole story.
Check the visible condition, any signs of use and which accessories are included. A good deal starts with knowing what you are buying.

New deliveries bring different products to the store. They are not arranged by price: browse, check the condition and discover your find.
The daily price depends on the product’s value band. At checkout, the item is scanned and its price checked, so you know what you will pay before completing your purchase.
We will publish the final price guide before opening. For premium items, the premium price is the base price, not a surcharge on top of the daily price.
