Are returned items always used?

It varies by item. A product may have been returned with opened packaging, but it may also show signs of use. Returned does not automatically mean refurbished. Read about the differences.

Can I order or reserve online?

You shop at Flip in the physical store. After opening, we will show selected products sold during the previous week. You cannot order or reserve them.

How does a daily deal work?

The daily price depends on the product’s value band. The item is scanned at checkout. The final price guide will be published before opening.

When will Flip open in Rotterdam Zuidplein?
