Return lots originating from Amazon and bol
FLIP buys lots of returned products originating from Amazon and bol. This gives us a broad range, but not an unlimited one: we sell the items actually received. FLIP is an independent store. The origin of a lot does not make us an official Amazon or bol store.
Look beyond the box
Returned describes where an item came from, not necessarily whether it works. Read the product label, the known condition and what is included. For untested items, ask what is and is not known. A returned item is only refurbished when it has actually been checked and restored where needed.
Does a low price make a good deal?
Compare the same model and version. A missing adapter, damage or different condition can explain a price difference. The price of a new item at another store is a comparison, not a previous FLIP price. Consider whether the device suits what you want to use it for.
