Small appliances, plenty of possibilities
Think coffee makers, air fryers, vacuum cleaners, fans and other practical devices for home. These are examples of categories that can appear in return lots. They are not a stock guarantee, and do not mean FLIP carries a fixed selection of washing machines or refrigerators.
Check the parts you need
A water tank, filter holder, basket, hose or charging station may be needed to use an appliance. Find out what belongs with the exact model and compare it with what is supplied. A low purchase price is less attractive when an essential part is expensive or hard to find.
What do you know about this particular item?
Condition varies by item. Look at visible signs of use, the product label and information about known defects. For an untested appliance, ask what remains unknown. Do not simply plug in visibly damaged equipment: ask a staff member for guidance.
Compare the same version
Coffee machines and vacuum cleaners often have several versions with similar names. Use the model number when comparing a new-item price. Pay attention to included accessories and the difference between a new and a returned item. The in-store price applies to that particular FLIP product.

Good to know
Are returned appliances the same as refurbished appliances?
No. Returned means an item was sent back. Refurbished describes checking and, where needed, repair. Review the information available for each product.
